I don't have a kid so I don't date chicks with kids. I always try to find out early so I know what time it is.

I'm sure there are a lot of guys willing to accept the baggage that comes along with prepackaged households but I'm not one of them.

My father played a big role in helping to take care of my 2 older brothers

He still lends them money and they are well into their thirties

Their biological dad was in their lives but he had fallen on hard times and struggling with alcohol addiction when my parents first met

He and my mom are now divorced...But i can safely say, he wouldn't trade in the relationship he's built with my brothers for the world

He fell in love with my mom and consequently grew to love her sons

Can't say whether it was the smart or manly thing to do... but my brothers were appreciative and still are grateful to this day...that's all that matters, right?

The older you get and if ur trying to date older people, most of them are going to have kids. I don't want a chick with kids but if we hitting it off, I don't mind if they have one. 1 is enough for me though. They eat up alot of the mother's time and I'm the type of dude that likes to do things spontaneously sometimes. The younger the kid is, the easier it is. It is even easier when the dad is not in the picture. If I'm going to do it, the woman has to be able to support her self and the kid without any help.
