its about time and money....i didnt have a paid lawyer so i knew i was fucked anyway....judge said 7yrs, 5,000 fine....lawyer wrote that shit on a piece of paper, looked at me, and pointed at it nodding her head....i was thinking FUCK NO but i would have ended up doing all that if i didnt gone and take my lick....the admission of guilt is what makes them think ur "sorry" or "regretful" and thats why i got probation.....now when u wanna go to trial, they take that as u being a hardhead...they gotta spend a lot of money for you to go to trial, so u gone pay that back whether its cash or your life they dont give a fuck...

B.G. is facing 40 but he wont do all that b/c he pleaded guilty....i see him gettin that 10 pc

i get what u saying but it dont make sense. so down there dudes feel its better to say im guilty because that shows remorse and hopefully...hopefully the judge wont give me the full term? ur saying that whatever u were charged with carried a maximum 7 year sentence but u felt that if i say im guilty with no promise of anything that the judge will see my remorse and not give me the 7 years? he gave u the max anyway...u fuck up u gotta do the 7 plus whatever new shit u get.

it aint got shit to do wit hope thats what it is....thats how the system is not the people...we just had to catch on...it aint about what a nigga "thinking" might happen....yes, i got the original sentence but it was suspended and i got the probation....i would have done that 7 flat if i plead guilty.....and yes if i fuck up im doing that and whatever else but thats the game...im just telling you it was no way around that my boy....
