i damn near fell out when i was in court in June....judge said "i hereby sentence you to 7 years hard labor.....(they pause for a min so u can shit on yourself)....but i will suspend that sentence, and give you 3 yrs supervised probation........."

man im not trying to be hard headed but i really dont understand. it doesnt matter what state u in u dont plead guilty unless u cutting some sort of time off. if u lose trial and ur sentence window is 40 years u dont plead guilty to the same window...u say u just copped out to something...are u saying u coppped out to the original charges with no plea agreement on the table just so u could skip trial and get to the sentencing phase? or did they have a better offer on the table

its about time and money....i didnt have a paid lawyer so i knew i was fucked anyway....judge said 7yrs, 5,000 fine....lawyer wrote that shit on a piece of paper, looked at me, and pointed at it nodding her head....i was thinking FUCK NO but i would have ended up doing all that if i didnt gone and take my lick....the admission of guilt is what makes them think ur "sorry" or "regretful" and thats why i got probation.....now when u wanna go to trial, they take that as u being a hardhead...they gotta spend a lot of money for you to go to trial, so u gone pay that back whether its cash or your life they dont give a fuck...

B.G. is facing 40 but he wont do all that b/c he pleaded guilty....i see him gettin that 10 pc
