I think everyone is getting what's right mixed up with the happiness over seeing someone get what's coming to them. We can all agree that the chick deserved that punch and it was great seeing her get it. That said, from the standpoint of right or wrong, the busdriver shouldn't have even been going back and forth with her ass let alone getting up and hitting her with a Shin Shoryuken. Everybody has to make choices in life. He chose the joy of knocking her ass out over keeping his job.

If more people hauled off and knocked the hell out of people talkin and actin reckless regardless of gender, after that immediate upsurge of violence we will see a steep drop off just because niggas will learn actions and words have consequences behind them be mindful of both.

I long figured one of Womens problems is they dont learn consequences to their actions like Men. We learn early there's consequences to our actions. But as in this video, and in my own life, Im happy I learned early. It helps me every day. I see and have seen females get caught up in all kinda stuff I learned long ago is not a good idea. I guess people gotta e more realistic and harsh raisin their daughters to save em in the long run.

nah fam ... i see what your saying, but really if you look at it, the bus company (the main ppl THAT SHOULD HAVE HIS BACK) are the main ones punishing him. he wont even get probation for this from the law LOL and the girl will get little to no money by trying to sue the bus company because everything is on tape. she's no angel so she cant play the damsel in distress role.

the self defense stance is definitely arguable. WHY??? because she hit him first so by him not doing anything who's to say it wouldnt have continued?? had he followed "protocol" and tried to lock her on the bus until the police came who's to say that she wouldnt have begun attacking him rentlessly to escape.

I really tried not to say nothing more but i couldn't help it.

If he had enough time to hit her, he had enough time to pull over and stop the bus. It's so many ways he could've handle it better and many refuse to see it.

If the bus driver was smart and still wanted to keep his career or not be a liability because he is no longer an asset, this is what he should have done IMO

1. Pull over and stop the bus after she done spit on his face or punch him. Which ever s the case.

2. Call the dispatcher which will then call the police. (proper protocol I'm sure his supervisors told him in training)

3. Tell the lady that she is causing a disturbance and that the police will be coming. He can also give her the option of giving her a free transfer and tell her to get on the next bus

If she still stayed on the while the bus driver calmly told her her to leave, I'm sure other passengers would have told her to leave after witnessing her spit on him or punch him because they have places to go.

It's different if it was a life or death situation but it wasn't and I sense the bus driver knew that as well because he acknowledge and proceeded to crack jokes instead of just ignoring her. A lot of people especially fighters can size you up to see if you are a threat or not. This driver was giddy and seen the opportunity to flex on the lady and he didn't have to. People need to stop celebrating ignorance and celebrate intelligence.
