He definately needs to be held accountable for his actions. My whole thing is, she needs to be held accountable as well. She shouldn't win any lawsuits or not be charged with anything. She was in the wrong too.

She needs to be hit with an assault charge for hitting him and spitting on him. On a technicality, he could get off because she hit him while he was in operation of a motor carrier as well as causing a prolonged distraction (her shit talking while he was driving), thereby putting the life of the other riders at risk. Also, because she struck first, he could always claim self defense and get off from criminal prosecution.

However, having seen shit like this happen back in Phoenix, the driver should have stopped the bus, kept the doors closed, and called in for police support. I've been on a bus when this has happened. Drunk or otherwise ghetto ass person loud mouthing the driver and shit get extracted by the cops. He's definitely losing the job for going outside of protocol for these situations.

Far too many women get off on shit like this. Wanna swing on a man but don't want to face the consequences.
