Bus Driver is wrong as well. He should've just ignored the bitch. Bus Drivers should know how to deal with the public. There are ways to diffuse situations before something happens and he handled it the wrong way. The female is totally wrong but why make it worst by acknowledging her and crack jokes while your driving?

I work for the city and deal with the public. Every city or state worker that deals with the public gets training on how to deal with distractors.

He could've taken her off of the bus. My license was supsended for 2 years. I rode the Atlanta Marta bus for two years(the 12). I seen violent ppl(Men and women) kicked off the bus atleast twice a week. I've also seen ppl refuse to leave. The bus was stopped, police were called, and they were escorted off of the bus.
