The young artists coming in the game are better than they were back around that time. Ying yang twins, lil Jon, crime mob, Paul wall, mike jones, d4l, jibbs, dj unk etc were getting the most spins. Fastforward to now and drake,wale, Cole, tyga, etc are getting spins say what you want about them but that's a step up from mims and chicken noodle soup

all of the heavy hitters in rap were offset by the smorgasbord of new wack niggas coming in. now its hot to for younger artists to be lyricists again.
