Just read this article, basically they are guessing that Gucci Mane either doesn't hurt their brand enough to warrant the expense of suing him or they are just not up on their game. Supposedly LV spends 2% of their revenue fighting infringers on their copyright. I know Jack Daniels goes after a lot of people for knocking-off their design.

gucci has generally had a good relationship with hip-hop over the years, and they most likely only see it as a benefit to them, if they care at all.

however, if gucci mane moves into clothing, as this article indicates he will, then i expect there to be some problems.
