Again, I'm not mad at him making money. I love to see black people make money, and help other black people make money. But is that the end all be all? What are we willing to sacrifice for it? Our own dignity and self respect? Let's say Ross kept the CO thing going, kept that football scholarship, went to school and became, let's say a lawyer or something. He still would've been able to help people and himself if he applied his hustle right. But he chose to be a drug dealer, something far out of his league. And again, this isn't about money. This is about having the power to say "you know what, I see what's going on in my community... and I can take part of it, but fuck that... I'm over here with it".
