He did sue Freeway and they settled in court and I believe Freeway actually chopped it up with him as well over the issue

Rick Ross was asked about this on Homegrownradio.net and he covered his feelings on MMG Rick Ross and Freeway. Freeway was respectful towards Ross and spoke to him about it. Ross on the other hand has ignored it.

Not saying he never said anything different, but I distinctly remember when Freeway first came out him saying in plenty interviews "Nah I didn't get my name from Freeway Ricky Ross. I got it because I used to stay on the freeway when I was hustling"...so when did these two finally chop it up?
