I think they are overstating the corruption stuff. We get it. Gotham is a cesspool. You don't have to beat us over the heads with that every 5 mins.

Then you aren't familiar with Batman lore. The corruption is as much a cause, if not more of a cause, for the creation of Batman than the actual crime is.

Another random thing that rubbed me the wrong way a bit was when Selena was in the police department and she was gonna claim that cop touched her if he didn't get Gordon.

Lol. I was putting myself in his place. I woulda smacked the shit out if her. But I understand that's part of her character and it's leading up to who she becomes.
