He was shot down by enemy fire in Yusifiyah. He was a proud platoon leader of the 160's B Company "Six Guns" and a member of the elite helicopter unit known as the "Night Stalkers"

He died a hero and I miss him daily

"Night Stalkers don't quit. Six guns don't miss ."

Unless kaserne is a town, I only know of a few army bases with that name in it: kleber, panser, and some other one. All located in Kaiserslautern. About 15 min from Ramstwin AB (a hub). About an hour from FRA. all relatively small.
