Five for fighting: Guile's SF2 theme played during NHL game after fight breaks out
In a National Hockey League (NHL) game between the Montreal Canadiens and Dallas Stars, a fight broke out between Travis Moen and Antoine Roussel.
Hockey is a pretty awesome sport, because instead of guys receiving a suspension for fighting, and potentially being banned from the league — they're simply given a 5 minute penalty, and they can check back into the game.
Fighting is such a common occurrence at NHL games that the guys running the stadium audio often play music when a brawl breaks out, and apparently, the people at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas are fighting game fans, because a ways into this bout, they started playing Guile's theme for Street Fighter 2 over the speakers.
