Of course it could be false. I just wouldn't understand the reasoning behind her saying it to him by himself which leads me to believe that she believes he did it. I can't know for sure, neither can you. I'm not looking to ruin this man's life, I'm not looking for his fb profile, I'm simply posting my opinion of her intentions.

I tend to side on the abused side and I don't always expect physical evidence, because sexual abuse is extremely complicated. It's not the black and white issue some people on the IC make it. I'm not going to go back on that, the vast majority of rape and sexual abuse cases aren't falsely reported.

Of course it could be false. I just wouldn't understand the reasoning behind her saying it to him by himself which leads me to believe that she believes he did it. I can't know for sure, neither can you. I'm not looking to ruin this man's life, I'm not looking for his fb profile, I'm simply posting my opinion of her intentions.

I tend to side on the abused side and I don't always expect physical evidence, because sexual abuse is extremely complicated. It's not the black and white issue some people on the IC make it. I'm not going to go back on that, the vast majority of rape and sexual abuse cases aren't falsely reported.

I was speaking in general about people who take your stance on these issues most of the time. I get siding with the victim but its how far people go when just automatically siding with the victim. If my niece told me somebody molested her I don't need any evidence. Now if she told me my nephew (her cousin did it) I'm not saying I wouldn't believe her but I'm not just going to jump out the window on that accusation like I would a stranger. I know the accuser and the accused very well so I need to tread lightly in that case.

If she said it only around people I'd be inclined to think she was bullshitting, but she seemed to be the aggressor and she said it to him before there was a crowd. It didnt seem like deflection, it looked like the reason for the altercation. Could i be wrong, sure. But she was mad at her grandfather for a reason, not some random nigga on the street.

As for his stigma, idk that dirty old man, I don't know his name or face. I'm not prosecuting him. My opionion is that the crazy bitch thought he did it. What exactly is the problem with that?
