her upbeat songs.I went crazy when "Video phone" with Gaga came out.Her diva-licious
songs do not get old to me.Sure, it will get old to some people, that's fine.I understand
not everyone is going to like her.
& If you think "diva," is a "bad influence"then idk what to tell you.lol There is nothing wrong
with getting "cash & money."Getting cash & money= being independent & being able to get
the things you want & need.My 5 year niece loves that song. Please don't go scavaging for
negativity in her songs. You don't know what women go through in this society & how much
they have to deal with self confidence issues.I think having an artist like Beyonce is wonderful
because she uplifts women & tries to make them feel good about themselves.
I didn't scavenge for negativity...those are the lyrics to one of her most popular songs...not like I went and pulled some hidden album track...and that's not preaching independence that's preaching being a gold digger...if you ain't got no money you ain't got nothing for me? that's something you would want your daughter to think? if songs with lyrics like
make you feel uplifted then your self esteem probably wasn't too high to begin with...Tape me on your video phone, I can handle you...i doubt that's something that helps women deal with the ills they face in society
Watch me on your video phone, on your video, video
If you want me you can watch me on your video phone
