We'll refer to my coworker as A.

Chick 2 = B

B told the dude the details of her conversation with A.

But see that's exactly what I'm talking about right there. He shoulda been more mad At chick (B)

She ran her mouth and didn't have to talk to the girl. Then she didn't have to tell him after she spoke to the girl either. She made this mess boil more with not displaying loyalty to either party.

It's like her snitching started his and so forth, meanwhile ol other girl got her dude stole, got her ass kicked by ol boy and finna get fired. They all outta pocket but that girl getting the shit bucket outta the three of them.

Chick B is not the one he confronted though.

Dude went after Chick A because she was the one who initially made contact with Chick B.

Basically, Chick A is the one who blew up his spot...........so he went after Chick A because Chick A told Chick B that she was his girlfriend.

Chick B wasn't trying to start anything.

Dude asked Chick B what Chick A said to her and she told him.

Now Chick A is over at @AP21 's house on the sofa.

He put a blanket over her so she wouldn't get cold......and then locked his door so she wouldn't disturb him while he's sleeping.

you just dont know how people are going to act when it comes to matters of the heart

also, to add a wrinkle, I mentioned that both of them have kids...one a piece, both are boys. Her words, every time she would try to erase him from her life, he would use his son to get back in with her b/c she knew she had a soft spot for his son. Translation, when he wanted to fuck, he played the "my son misses you" card.

she also told me that they spent fathers day together and that she gets very emotional b/c she doesnt have the greatest relationship with her father and her son was with his father. So she starts crying or whatever and dude was basically like "niggas dont got no fathers errrr day b...you'll be aight...you tough right?"....of course not in those words, but that was the gist of it

i was like "damn...he really said that?...thats messed up"

i thought the suspension was the punishment but its only for the investigation. She or possibly both of them could still lose their job

then to add another wrinkle to the story, apparently, dude got even ANOTHER chick that neither A or B know about

I mean, obviously you found out at work.....but did she just put herself out there after everything went down, did other people on the job put her out there, did Chick A tell you this, or did this happen on the same day that you were out sick and you're just now finding out about it?

1st off, never, never, never fuck around with ANYONE at work if you value your job. 2nd off, dude was smart and definitely beat her to the punch by going to HR. Him being the first in definitely gives him an advantage. Guys put up with a lot of shit and never complain. That's why we get the shaft most of the time.

My opinion isn't gender-specific. Vice-versa - I'd assume that if dude was the one getting fired, that he initiated the physical shit. That's the only detail I'm going off of. I wouldn't condone fucking somebody up (gettin' physical) just because they're fuckin' somebody else.
