I see plenty of young'uns dressed some what this way, it is somewhat over-sexual but "and this is no true justification" over-sexuality in these times is common place be it comics, tv, movies or reality. Reading and watching teeny comics and media, might seem a tad pervy, that's on the individual watching. I am to interested in story boards to be too focused on these issues, I just see it as a costume, read the page and move on to the next.
