Always love watching these behind the scenes joints. Is it me, or is the mix in the Bad Guy BTS video shitting on the album's mix?

And he actually nailed that "JJ Fad supersonic" flow live on TV. Fuck.

So far reviews from the album positive...but its mainstream publications... few other websites and newspapers are giving high praise and ratings just a small sample

Rolling Stone 4 outta 5,

Spin 8 outta 10,

Usa Today 3.5 outta 4

La Times 3 outta 4

HipHopDx 4 outta 5

Damn, he did Rap God live and didn't even seem like he was putting in any effort.

How the fuck does he control his breathing like that..

I seen him do that shit live(obviously not "Rap God"). That shit is amazing

Man this album Is a chore to finish man.

I'm 17 songs in and really kinda zoned out after the Rhianna track.

Even the joint w/ Kendrick just seemed blah to me.

This shit is blasé. I'm listening to the deluxe version and it might have been better if it were shorter.

So far I only like 2 tracks: Survival & Rap God. A few other tracks were alright but not really memorable or important.

2 of the leaked tracks? lol I was close to not buying the shit cause of the leaks(minus "Rap God"). Still only gave it one listen so far, kept me intrigued enough to buy so ill give my review in the next few days after the cop tmrw.

I remember Kid Rock telling a story about how Em rapped to him before he got signed, and Em was spittin a million words a minute. That's what Rap God reminds me of.

I didn't even like them when they leaked but I was digging them when I heard em just now.

The rest of these tracks just seem to be the same shit production wise. I probably will listen again after a few days but 21 tracks is too much.

The production on the more hip-hop tracks are welcome in comparison to the rest.

I like Rhyme or Reason too, I Rock with that, mainly because I love The Zombies "Time of the season" and I have never heard the sample used poorly. I don't think it was superior to Black Hippy "Rolling Stone" (from schoolboy q mixtape) though.

LOL @ 21 tracks being too much. Pac would do the same shit.

It is a lot of music, though, but I appreciate it because he finally is giving me what I've looked for from him. Usually, his tracks are too short, 2-3 minutes long and I feel like he shorts himself lyrically and creative wise. This time around he went in and did so on a few tracks without hooks, which is just bad ass.

This album is my kind of album. I can sit back in awe over the lyricism, which is what I love about hip hop the most.

I finally listened to this joint fully and I listened to it 3 times....

This shit is fuckin dope fire!

On first listen I was disappointed but after 2 more times I finally got it.

It took Eminem 3 albums to finally get it. Relapse was an odd attempt at trying to over-do the whole "Slim Shady" thing and it turned into a strange serial killer concept album. Recovery was Eminem trying to adapt to the times and it turned into a "I'm the best rapper and look at how well I rap, rappity rap" This album he finally made a grown man Slim Shady album and it was his most cohesive project since the Eminem Show. Its like when Jay came back it took him til the BP3 (IMO) to adapt more with the current landscape while staying to who he was without sounding forced.

I could have done without "Asshole" and "The Monster" Survival is dope as hell idk why that track is slept on. Think Legacy is one of the best tracks on the album. I dont get most people who dont like this album. What kind of album did you expect? This IS an Eminem album more than his last 2.

No disrespect, but MAJOR no sign on the bolded. Not so much on the BP3 thing, that's your opinion. But KC and AG were good comeback albums, even though the former gets (unfairly) shitted on and the latter gets slept on as a concept album. Plus, Jay still got some kinks to work out to get back to his true form. Like I said earlier, no one in rap history has come back from such a fall from grace like Em has.

I never said KC or AG weren't good come back albums but they both had forced music on them. KC was rushed and it was more "I'm president Shawn Carter" than Jay Z while AG he had to revert back to pure coke raps just to appease ppl who didn't like KC. BP3 he finally merged with the times and he's been THAT Jay since

The AG album went hand in hand with the movie. I never got why people say "Jay went back to drug dealing raps" as if it wasn't done w/o a purpose

Thanks for stating the obvious

My point is he MADE that album and did what he does best. He could have absolutely NOT made that album.

Yeah because when someone makes a movie soundtrack, the songs should have nothing to do with the movie at all.

Listening to the lp is like being bombarded with his lyrics. It feels frenetic like his constantly trying to squeeze all his words in and there's always so much drama with his voice. He's lost that balance of not giving a fuck, almost being light, and sing-songy with that biting anger. There's some nice moments in the production and his lyrics but overall it feels forced and way too frantic.

Skylar Grey is the white Mary J Blige bitch is messin up every song she on

When these rappers gon learn
