Yo that desert stage in Star Fox Zero fully sold me. Too bad they haven't uploaded the video yet so ya could see for yourselves but the gameplay variety in just that one stage was fucking nuts. Looks like it's going to be a really interesting title gameplay wise.

Little Big Mario looks cool. I wonder if you can upload it to a server and have other people play your stages.

Yes you can but you have to beat your level before uploading it. They did that to ensure that the stage is actually playable so that people won't just be trolling each other with unbeatable courses.

I don't care about BC, but I can admit it's a good feature and I can understand why some people would be happy it's coming to the XB1. But seriously, some of ya'll dudes are funny. One second you'll be complaining about the lack of anything but remakes coming to the PS4 but then losing your shit over the ability to play old shit on your XB1. lol Hilarious.

It's not old shit if you've never played it. Duh.

Man, I'm a FF7 fan, but come on. Ya'll see these videos of grown ass men crying because they announced that game?

Dudes getting emotional over a game announcement and shit. What happened to the male gender?

Beyond pathetic.

The more I see shit like this the more I grow to dislike that game because it's not worthy of being placed on such a pedestal. It was always one of my least favorites in the series as it is but these fucking lemmings just clinched it.

Those FF7 videos really are sad. All 3 overweight. One sitting alone, in a dark room, the other also alone in what looks like a halfway house or some other kind of shitty surroundings...while wearing $150 headphones. The third clearly on some divorced dad, I only see my kids one weekend out of the month shit. Pushing them out the way so he can scream about a video game to a somehow even more pathetic grown man.

Reacting like that is obviously not about the game itself...for a couple reasons. Its just the hope of something, anything to look forward to in life. A return to something that once made them happy 20 years ago when life still had promise.

The same can be said about all the remasters, but people still complain about that too. I mean people shit on Sony hard for the Last of Us remaster knowing full well Sony put that out for the people who switched over to PS4 from the 360.

While I agree their reactions are pathetic, your whole stance is pretty silly. Just because you don't like a game doesn't mean other people are wrong to like it and praise it. That kinda logic has never made any sense to me. lol Why should you hate a game because other people like it more than you. That's hilariously stupid, but for some reason it's common.

Good point. I never owned a 360 but I never had a PS3 either so the remaster would be my first real introduction to that game eventually.

Jesus.

I never said other people are wrong to like or praise it. I bought that game the first day it ever came out because I loved FFII and III on SNES played it and didn't really like it based on the content and gameplay. Seeing people overrate it even further is just annoying to me at this point but it's not the reason why I never really liked that game. I always thought it was just ok at best. FFIX on the other hand....

What Sony does most the time isnt even a "remaster" tho. They just up-res the game and re-release it.

Halo 1 & 2 Anniversay are remasters. Gears Ultimate Edition is a remaster.

The Wind Waker HD is a remaster.

TLOU, Beyond Two Souls, Heavy Rain, Uncharted Collection, Journey, God of War collection...the list goes on. Those arent remasters.

*shrug* Don't see the issue with them getting emotional. Different things get to people. I mean, was driving around for a few hours this morning and sports radio had a lot of crying ass cavs fans. Flip on First Take and it looks like So Hard To Say Goodbye should be playing in the background. Sunday night it was tears because some dude got laid out in the snow like a bitch by white Kenard. Thursday/Friday will probably be people doing too much at the blackhawks/warriors parades.

I didn't see the entire MS conference.

Are they remastering the first Gears only or the trilogy altogether?

Just the first one for the 9 10 year anniversary. Plus, M$ said they want to return the series back to its darker, more horror roots with Gears 4, which looked to be true from the E3 stage demo. So this remaster is the start of that.

Dog, what you do you think you're saying when you say someone is overrating it. If I come in here and say I believe FF7 is the best Final Fantasy game, and you say I'm overrating it, you're basically saying I'm wrong to praise it in that way. My point is I don't understand why people like you can't just say you disagree with that assessment and leave it at that. Why does it offend you so, that people like something more than you do? And why should other people's opinions about something, affect your opinion about it at all? That makes no sense to me. It's like all these people now who are hating on Lebron because of how much praise he's getting. I'm not a Lebron fan, but I'm not going to become a Lebron hater just because a bunch of people think more highly of him than I do.

Me saying they're overrating it is just an opinion. I don't say "I disagree" cause that shit is for the birds. This is a forum and I like to do what we're encouraged to do on a forum: speak my mind.

Whether you agree or disagree is moot. Just like them thinking it's the best is also an opinion I express mine as openly. We all have that right.

You are making broad assumptions. Where have I stated that it "offends me so" or that it "affects my opinion"?

"makes me dislike it even more" was typed in jest (because they reacted like a bunch of losers) because hello logic says I can't possibly dislike something more than I already do if I already disliked it to begin with. It's simple science.

How dense are you that you can't even comprehend basic English? cause right now you're just putting words in my mouth that were never there and that does offend me. Are you not familiar with my posts by now to know that I type a lot of bullshit all over this board in good humor?

I'm a writer by trade bro and that does influence my posting style & I'm sarcastic by nature (it comes along with being a New Yorker) it's just my style my way to stay creative while still fully expressing my truths. You either get it or you don't but clearly you didn't.

Also no, your scenario is flawed because plenty of people have stated that game is their favorite in the series to me since I was 14 and I never sweated them for it at all. I'm 31 today. For a lot of my friends growing up that was actually their first RPG. If anything I used that as a gateway in the past to put them on to the SNES games as well as other JRPGS that yes I do feel are superior to it but that's an entire different conversation altogether.

Again it just boils down to me being a blunt person who speaks what he has to say on a given subject when that subject is brought up. Period. It's me throwing in my 2 cents. I'm not thinking about this shit when I'm having dinner or fucking my girl or taking a shit or taking a shower. It's something I spoke on here cause FFVII remake reactions were brought up by yourself and those were my thoughts plain and simple.

I don't take my hobbies all that seriously that they eat up my brain. I have priorities in life and my hobbies are just that. Of course I speak on them from a passionate stance because otherwise why would I be on a dedicated message board if I wasn't one of the passionate ones? I'm here to contribute just like everyone else is but in the end it's just a forum b it's never that serious and if you feel that it might be you might want to check yourself on that cause it's not healthy.

It just ruins my day when I hear the last of us is a good game and get hyped up. Played that shit for two hours and haven't touched it since.

Sometimes 2 hours isn't enough to really get a feel for a game though. Sometimes it takes some time for it to really click gameplay wise. The Wonderful 101 is a game that was like that for me personally. It could be one of those slow burn games that gets really good once you really immerse yourself in it long enough.

Dude, calm down. It really ain't that serious. lol I thought I write titangraphs. Absolutely nothing you said in your rant means anything. I responded directly to what you said. I didn't add or twist anything. If you meant something different or meant it to be more light hearted, that's fine. But all I can go on is what you wrote. I don't follow your posts enough to guess what you truly meant under the context.
