The damn Wii U hasn't even been out that long.

But people refuse to buy it unfortunately despite it having a shit ton of amazing games available.

Wii U is this generation's Dreamcast a niche console that has an excellent game library with some of the most innovative & critically acclaimed titles of it's gen.

Except unlike Sega Nintendo will have the resources to move on to another platform.

Dreamcast wasnt niche though it was the system before ps2 and xbox.

I don't care about BC, but I can admit it's a good feature and I can understand why some people would be happy it's coming to the XB1. But seriously, some of ya'll dudes are funny. One second you'll be complaining about the lack of anything but remakes coming to the PS4 but then losing your shit over the ability to play old shit on your XB1. lol Hilarious.

lol. Well, there's a big difference between using developers to up-res a game, remove actual features like multiplayer, and still charge $60...like in the case of Uncharted Collection...and M$ saying "put your 360 disk in a XBO and play, now with additional features.".

There's also the fact that, you know, other shit actually IS coming to the XBO.

I dont care about Destiny's story. Ive long since given up on that and there is so much more than that to the game. Whenever a voice starts talking to me in that game I just tune it out cause none of it matters.

Destiny is all about gameplay. Raids. Trials. Prisons. Crucibles. Nightfalls. I just wanna feel space ninja members in my booty when I play with my fireteam. Fuck all that other shit.

Nh @ the bolded. Anyway people play for either competitive multiplayer or the loot to level up aka the grind nh. That's why they do the same missions over and over for the nightfall/weekly. The same 2 raids for the last 9 months. Prisons and trials are fun but only a few weeks new. It's a straight up grindfest. Some people still find it fun and some have gotten sick of it.

Don't forget the daily grind missions of "kill 50 hive", "Kill 100 enemy with headshots", "Kill 20 Fallen". Then the DLC happened that had 1 NPC with new voice-acting where the new and exciting gameplay was...

"Take this urn.... and kill 100 hive"

then

"kill 50 hive"

then

"Kill Hive elites!"

Then the newest DLC (which has no new raid) has someone who sat in front of another microphone and said a few phrases about a queen. And because of that you're supposed to...... "Kill 20 fallen" and "Kill this fallen who has a name now".

Am I missing something or is this just another nostalgic trip for most folks?
