Bruh, I got worn out a few years ago. Tried that shyt the night before last and immediately went back into retirement. These hoes stupidity got me to the point of not caring anymore. I look at it like this: From my own experiences it's pretty much impossible to ever get charges brought against anyone involved. It happened just that long ago with some incidents happening just short of 40 years ago. In the moment a lot of that shit seemed like some cool shit for a guy my age to be going through. Looking back I can see where almost all of it shaped my sexual habits going into adulthood and I'm pretty sure there are still some lingering effects this far removed from the actual acts.

But...

I've grown, I've matured, and more importantly, I've moved past that shit. Even though I've never really seen any of it as a negative until recently, and even then only a negative because the women/girls involved were committing a criminal act, I've still left it behind me.

So you admit that your experience effected you for the rest of your life. But you think that victims shouldn't be able to press charges for past events? I'm trying to understand why.

There's a finite amount of time where biological evidence of a rape can be collected from the victim's body. The only way around this is if the perp left bio evidence on the victim's clothes or something to that effect. Once you shower/bathe, the evidence that could be collected from your person is gone. Your best bet is to get to the cops or hospital as soon as possible to have a rape kit done and have the clothes you wore examined; the sooner the better.

But, please, argue with forensic science more. Not that it helps your case, but... you know... victim blaming and all that malarkey.

You know how many times I have told you that evidence in a rape kit can be ruled as circumstantial because a lot of the times it corresponds of consensual sex?
