in the landscape of todays industry its virtually IMPOSSIBLE for one rapper to end anothers career. they all hoes for vivendi aka umg.. THEY make stars and shoot them mufuckas down

But you can still hurt someone's feelings tho. If you make another rapper look stupid to

The point of no return, ain't nobody gone wanna listen to they ass no more. They got punked. But the Drake/Kendrick situation shouldn't go that far. But if it does, drake need to

Go back to 2008/2009 drake for this battle, because 'Versace' ain't cutting it.

What happened to that whole "if somebody disses me, things will get really dark?" bullshit he was holling about?

But when Kendrick disses him, people said he got "livid" (that damn word is about as manly as a ocean soaked wet nap smh) but he never responded...

But now he feels some type of way when K Dot didn't name everybody, but Drake will throw sublimanls all fuckin day, diss tattoo artists, singers, female rappers etc., and when niggas do confront/ diss him, he's quick to say he doesn't know why people diss him, smh

Fuck K Dot's respect, this nigga has no respect for himself as a man smh

no this nigga did not really say that smmfh

I tell no lies my dude

On the Chris Brown drama:

"I hear he has everything he could want now. I don't want my name to be synonymous with that guy's name. I really don't. I wish we could sit down just like you and me are right now, and talk it out man-to-man. But that's not going to happen. I'm not confrontational, but if someone challenges, I'm not going to back down. If I think about it too much, I feel it wrapping around my foot, like I get a feeling it could end really badly...Like, it gets really dark." (GQ)

I am in the camp that thinks Drake has a point. No-one is even talking about that Kendrick verse anymore because nothing has really come out of it. No good music, no battles, etc. Next, Kendrick is blurring lines too much between trying to be gangster and a creative lyricist/MC. On the song with Jay he says he trying to be the God MC. Which means he trying to create a new blueprint for MC's to go by, but how is any of this stuff new or helping any of his agenda. He had a red and blue flag like shirt on last year at the BET awards. You don't need to try and rep that shit. He trying to be everything and trying way too hard at that.

Finally, Drake album is trash as usual. Like someone else said all these new niggas seem to be fillers to me. Just waiting on the next big thing or big album that sales 5 plus million so people can move past the tell that albums don't sale anymore

exactamundo! thats the shit that bothers me. that was a gangsterish ass tone he put out there but wants to hide behind an artsy phartsy explanation and gotta get snoop to make a bullshit vague threat ...to basically papoose lol.

besides... the whole thing about sparking competition and ending niggas careers is soooo lame if u consider the fact a good 90% and up of the game is under a subsidiary of universal music group. all the niggas he listed work for the same people he does....

It's not that I don't agree with your points it's just that Drake is not in the position to point out that hypocrisy. Throwing stones from a glass house and all.

But yo truth be told, I'm surprised nobody has asked J.Cole about how he felt about Kendrick's verse.... I mean this nigga's government name was dropped.....

If it was 50 Cent in any of these new niggas' positions he woulda shut them niggas down like he did Ja, Joe and Jada LOLOL, I miss that type of energy.

Despite pushing the world to grab a tissue box with his "Crooked Smile" visual, there are still some things about J. Cole that has left us scratching our heads. First, there's that squabble with Diddy that may or may not have happened. Then there's that full-government name check he received courtesy of rap crony Kendrick Lamar on Big Sean's "Control."

In a recent interview with Noisey, Jermaine addressed the latter, keeping his thoughts on the Compton kid's fiery verse short and sweet.

“That’s rap, man. That’s rap music," he said. "That’s a part of the game. It’s natural. It’s fine."

bruh.... what could come to the surface worse than a rapper that raps about dope used to be a C.O.? Getting exposed means NOTHING anymore and that is by design. WE as the public been getting punked for a while. These niggas are WWE status getting batteries in backs from Vince McMahon types. Only kids think that shit is real. Grown folks know the deal. "Winners" and "losers" are pre-selected according to meticulous market research. Just like wrestling niggas need to be verbal athletes for real somewhat or they are like the patsy no-name scrub that gets whooped as a lead in to the main events. They get hurt and wrestle for real but a lot of it is the art of theater. Same skidmark; different draws.

Nevertheless, Kendrick Lamar does not have the focus or the disposition to carry a battle through. He doesn't have killer instinct and is not focused enough to respond well to somebody skilled coming at his dome real vicious-like.

The entire game is mired in hypocrisy tho.. he's just a walking target because of his extreme moistness

at what point did that nigga say fuck anybody?

I'm uncoachable, I'm unsociable

Fuck y'all clubs, fuck y'all pictures, your Instagram can gobble these nuts

Gobble dick up 'til you hiccup, my big homie Kurupt

"a little foreshadowing and framework for whats to come; prelude to some serious doubletalk...."

I heard the barbershops spittin' great debates all the time

Bout who's the best MC? Kendrick, Jigga and Nas

Eminem, Andre 3000, the rest of y'all

New niggas just new niggas, don't get involved

"shitting on a host of other emcees that were not named above and disrepecting those with stripes and larger established fanbases by putting himslef in a category with folks that highly outclass him.. what barbershop was this besides one in fucking compton lol?"

I'm usually homeboys with the same niggas I'm rhymin' wit

But this is hip hop and them niggas should know what time it is

" so hip-hop = put ya friends on front street? that transcends music into the realm of bad character. Im usually...but. double talk set up"

And that goes for Jermaine Cole, Big KRIT, Wale

Pusha T, Meek Millz, A$AP Rocky, Drake

Big Sean, Jay Electron', Tyler, Mac Miller

"name dropping niggas. so these are your quasi homeboys...bitch ass nigga style buffer for the next section..."

I got love for you all but I'm tryna murder you niggas

Tryna make sure your core fans never heard of you niggas

They dont wanna hear not one more noun or verb from you niggas

What is competition? I'm tryna raise the bar high

Who tryna jump and get it? You better off tryna skydive

" line in the sand drawn. im somewhat cool with u niggas but not really..this is how i feel. youre good enough for me to mention but my desire is to knock u out the game and make sure you dont have fans which means u dont eat."

-------------------------

i didnt address the king of new york thing cause i think that part was gay for reasons of biting. aint no goddamn "homage" lol. if u cant see the verse is saying fuck everybody but who i listed then u dont know how to interpret lyrics or just tone to how somebody speaks.

you sound bitter at Kendrick or some Shit, nigga. fuck who eats or doesn't eat. too many friends in hip hop

nah.... just not feeling the direction he's going. he's nice but he's not leaning to his strengths. i dont know him to be bitter at him nigga.

i feel sorry for him. you fuck around with interscope and youre in a world of shit....

what direction is that

the direction of wackness. of bitch nigga-ness. no matter how much of a folk hero u niggas or his promotional team make him- he's dre's bitch and dre is iovine's bitch and iovine is vivendi/universal music groups bitch ( hi guys!! i know some of u rotten mufuckas are on this forum..u mad satan?).... the direction he's going is stripping himself or being stripped of the earnest and insightful energy behind his music that got him looked for in the first place.
