how can you call somethin a "regional classic" when the music is bein played coast2coast
hlf;2350440 said:"doesnt mean everybody can understand and why It would be a "southern classic" unless youve lived or are living where that music is coming from? Just saying I know they arent certified classics like The Chronic or Illmatic but I understand why some would label them as regional classics. It fits perfect for that region and unless youve been able to experience that lifestyle of that region your prolly not gonna understand it"- HLF
If you dont then.. cool

its jus dont make sense to say somethin is a regional classic
when its bein played coast2coast
as I said, if the artist is only known in that region its makes more sense to say "regional classic"

Just saying I know they arent certified classics like The Chronic or Illmatic but I understand why some would label them as regional classics. It fits perfect for that region and unless youve been able to experience that lifestyle of that region your prolly not gonna understand it which is prolly why you call bs
