when its made out of the little rat turd things, its an odorless/tasteless powder. People will either put it in a drink, or swipe it under your nose. I guess it gets you a little high, but whoever is under the influence wont remember a thing and can easily be convinced to do stuff, anything. Like go to the ATM and pull out all their money, or take all the stuff out of their house and put it in the back of someones truck and say thank you for robbing them.
