Start the raid, once you hit the bottom, go to the left of the room and follow the wall, look for a door with an orange light above it, you should find an exotic chest inside, you can do it solo, just die if the light is not on the door until it is...

Its not a guaranteed exotic.. its just a loot chest from the raid. Could be materials, could be a weapon or armor.

Also, I read that sniper sucks.

I got an exotic for nothing then?...

If 1300 base dmg to spider tank sucks then I will take it, does same dmg to tank on Mars strike, I hit it couple of times for 3200 even and it's not even upgraded yet...

If I paid strange coin to Xur for it I probably would be disappointed, but from a raid chest, yeah not complaining...

Luck wasn't so good with my Hunter only got 2 radiant mats...

Going to try to hit someone in PvP later to see too...

I have a sniper rifle with my 12 hunter that has 72 base atk power and hits at 600 on the fallen walker.

Gun at 301 base attack power = 1300 on a fallen walker

Gun at 72 base attack power = 600 on a fallen walker

....lol

Where are you shooting from?...

I am shooting from the entrance so it can't hit me, if I am closer not sure of the dmg, makes a difference...

Not too far from the walker. The 600 was on the legs; If the core is exposed, it's over 1300.

In a recent update on the Bungie community blog, it was confirmed that some Destiny players had been banned from the game due to their use of modified consoles.

Citing "the shadowy forces who protect the world of Destiny from shadowy activities," the blog had this to say of the bans:

“We routinely review Banhammer actions to ensure that they are applied accurately and fairly. A review of the bans applied over the last week shows that all of the affected accounts had logged into Destiny on a modified console at some point.”

No information regarding the number of people involved in the use of modded consoles was revealed, but the blog did warn players to avoid the use of modded consoles and "use the boxes that your favorite retailer 'gave' you."

In the same update, Bungie also commented on reported issues players had experienced after downloading the most recent expansion The Dark Below. Check out the Bungie Community Manager's statement on the matter.
