I'm down to judge. Out of curiosity, will a player get 60 points for a tier 4 artist from the coast they're reppin?

@nillerthekid yeah, if a label from the East signs Lloyd Banks, he/she will get 60 points. If a label from the West signs him, he/she won't get the 50 points will just get 10 points for the signing.
