Before that his flow was choppy and stoic as shit, he had a bounce flow. He started using more punchlines and wordplay which is a signature of east coast rappers.

So how can he Jack their flow when he was ready showing his growth at 17 on mutiple mixtapes before a nigga knew what a Clipse was.

Wayne is talented on his own accord but just like all people he was influenced by what he was exposed to.

If I remember correctly had some interactions with gilly (and major figgas) and then with juelz and dip set (Juelz also got the benefit of the southern influence on his art).Naturally it helped wayne to be more diverse as a person and an artist
