damn this will be tough lol

future sales: both teams have heavy hitters and some that arent really high sellers, but ill have to go with ibex here, he has a few more heavy hitters than dubbz

future critical acclaim: this could be a tie based on just looking at the rosters, both teams seem to have people with a reputation for high critical acclaim, and potential for even more, but i have to go with ibex, dubbz was strong but i saw the diddy album as a main possible weakness

longevity: tie, there are albums on both teams that i can see my self bumping once, and that i can see my self bumping for years down the line

album covers/tracklist: ibex wins this one, dubbs had some good ones, but he had a couple weak ones such as the jay and nas one, the diddy, and the compilation album

roster/tracklist cohesion: i like the roster and tracklist of both teams but i give the edge to ibex, dubbz just needed more variety in terms of the producers

Future Sales: Arguably the best Cohesion I have seen on a roster yet. Just very smooth and seems as if all the artist could mesh together and drop a dope track. Nice mix of some R&B- Skyline Records

Future Critical Acclaim: I wonder if the majority of Skyline has "tapped out" as far as critical acclaim is concerned. That bit of concerns tends me to lean towards FHFs. Seems as if the majority of their artists still have something to prove.- FHFs

Longevity: Have to go with experience. Proven track record wins. - Skyline Records.

Album Covers/Tracklist: Although that Jigga album cover is dope as hell, a majority of the Skyline Records covers look cheap. FHFs covers look like albums. Quantum Leap. Nostalgia >>>>>>>>- FHFs

Roster/Track Cohesion: See Future Sales- Skyline Records.

Winner: Skyline Records

Future Sales; @Tonydubbz gots this. Jigga and kast are proven on multiple occasions to come with that multi-plat, add Ri-Ri in the mix. Outside of Nicki and Drizzy I just see gold level niggaz on @ilbex is label.

Future critical acclaim; This one was toughest of the categories for me. You have Jigga whose album probably going to get the rap grammy or some grammy, and Outkast who always come with it. While on the flip side the Clipse, Pusha T solo, look solid as hell, Drake is hit or miss. Lauryn Hill is what the critics love. But Id give a big minus on the Nicki tip. The presentation is dope but Nikki is played out and all her shit gets no critical acclaim just sales. Also dubbz has the roots. This category right here is a tie.

Longevity: Im giving this a tie too. You have the proven vets versus pretty much a class of rappers rappers (Ilbex label) that is brand new but has been holding down music for the past several years. Rihanna though has probably been the most relevant every year consistently. Anything the bithc touches is gold,, shit even niggas warring over that pussy.

Album Covers; This goes to Ilbex. All his covers are dope as hell, the titles work, everything is clean. Dubbz has some good ones and some ones that seemed rushed last minute. That Clipse cover has to be the dopest in the whole game. Goddam. Illbex put in work and that Lauryn Hill is GOAT.

Tracklist cohesiveness: Low-key this the best battle so far. Looking at all the details on the tracks I aint mad at either of them. A whole Jigga album produced by NO ID, Big Krit on his own shit, and FUCK you Dubbz for hoeing me for those mike will beats for the Rihanna album SMH On the flip side, a cole album with premier beats = GOAT, Keys and Drizzy album look clean af, you should have hit me up for more 40 beats though lol Would have liked to see more Kanye and Pharrel on the clipse album though. Goddam this is a tough call............

My overall vote goes to @Tonydubbz, It came down to the roster to me, He has the megastar Jay-Z teamed with Riri, and all the southern cats on the label mix nothing seems off about it. As for @Ilbex he has Pusha T on the same label as drizzy and Nickki ain tthem beefing? And I felt he should have utilized will I am more as fucking random as that sounds.

Future Sales: This is probably the toughest one yet. U got Jay vs Drake, Keys vs Rhianna, Trey Songz vs Nicki Minaj..........the deal breaker, Outkast....Skyline Records

Future Critical Acclaim: Gonna go with the roster that I think has the best collection of consistency of the old and the freshness of the new....Skyline Records

Longevity: Push, too much talent on both sides that have been around for awhile and new talent to push it even further

Album Covers/Tracklist: Freak Ho's and Flow's easy

Roster/Track Cohesion: Kast, Jay, Rhianna, The Roots, Mos Def, Miguel, KRIT. Sion has got his hands full....Skyline Records

@TonyDubbz for my choice

short and to the point

future sales: Ibex

future critical acclaim: Tonydubbz

longevity: tie

album covers/tracklist: Ibex (the L. Hill I want to buy now, damn good job!)

label roster/cohesion: Ibex

came down to variety and creativity for me @Ibex was stronger

Alright,

Future Sales: This one is so tough for me because I can imagine both labels being great in future sales. Dubbz have two Hip Hop moguls that will always bring in the money even behind the scenes. His label also have a lot of proven artist. Ibex team is strong as well in the sales department. Drake, Nicki, Pharrell, Alicia Keys, & J.cole are artist that kill it when it comes to sales. Shit is tough but Outkast is the tiebreaker for me, props to @tonydubbz for being able to get them together again. I said it before during the bidding and i'll again..that was a power move on your part. Vote - Skyline Records

Future Critical Acclaim - I'm trying to be careful with this one, it's too hard picking a label over another in this category. I have no choice but to go with a tie, both labels will have no problem with future critical acclaim. I can imagine both labels being remembered years from now with a lot of achievement and accolades under their belts.

Vote - Tie

Longevity - Both are mixed with proven stars and new artist that aren't't going anywhere anytime soon.

Vote - Tie

album covers/tracklist: Ibex easily wins this, Dubbz started off great with the Jay, Krit, and Outkast cover but things went downhill form there. Tie on the tracklist, a lot of great features, collabs, and production credits.

Vote - Freak Ho's & Flo's

.......................

so now it comes down to this *sigh*

Roster/Track Cohesion: @Tonydubbz wins this match because of this category right here. The game is based on current status so I look at Ibex roster and there some things off with the cohesion. Pusha T doesn't fit with Drake and Nicki due to the whole beef situation. Also, I can't imagine Push doing tracks with Drake and Nicki Minaj like that anyway. This is small point deduction but when you're up against Skyline record's roster cohesion...that small point deduction makes a big difference. I also feel that Will I Am could have been utilized more as well. I don't know if you were nervous voters would've clowned you for having him on your tracks or something. Real Hip Hop heads know what Will I Am is all about when it comes to music though. If anything, he deserved a album release more than some of the other artist you released a album for (The Dream, Travis Scott)

Dubbz roster/track cohesion is damn near flawless tbh. His label is a nice mix of Hip Hop & R&B. I'm surprised nobody really mentioned the Mos Def/ Roots combo. Mos Def on the same label with the Roots is GOAT. Jay - Z / Mos Def, Trey Songz/ Kelly Rowland. This roster is so versatile, I can only imagine the amount of creative projects this label can drop for it's fans. I nthe end, I don't think @Ibex messed up that bad in this category, Ijust think Dubbz killed this category the same way Ibex easily won the album covers/tracklist vote.

Vote: Skyline Records
