Yeah she tried to get him to be in his life from the minute she found out she was pregnant. He just wound up rebuffing her and told her that's between her and her Husband. She made attempts after that for him to see his Son when he was young, but it was like pulling teeth. So she gave up, and accepted it. had he acknowledged or cared about her or his kid, they wouldn't be married today, I think her current Husband was the safety net.

I haven't painted her in the best light but she is not some cold heartless chick. She felt bad and struggled with this shit for a long time, but she wanted a Father figure in her Son's life and felt that her Husband was best. She was 20 years old, now she's gone to far to come back.

Just letting you know the law don't work this way. They see it like ms. jones and other homie said. They see it like, the boy has a father and he's better with one than without one. You been raising him this long so might as well. But not every state is like that. In some states, people can go to jail or get sued.
