She's a bad Wife, but a great friend. As long as she remains a good friend to me she will be a part of my life. that goes with anything she does short of murder or something like that. I'm not throwing away a 10 year friendship because I don't agree with the choices she made in her marriage.

Despite all the self righteous shit going on in here no one is perfect, we all have flaws and we all have done fucked up stuff.

I'm not making it like your friend's one mistake should determine the entire view of who she is a person...she could be a very great friend/person otherwise, but that's a big ass mistake in an area of her life that makes up a huge portion of who she is as a person and it's a red flag at the very least....Yes we all have flaws, and we all fuck up...but that doesn't mean that you have to accept everyone's flaws...there's nothing self righteous at all about not wanting the people close to you to have certain qualities about them and not wanting to be around someone for a negative trait they exhibit isn't a bad thing...

Once again you make a good point, and a person does have the right to make that choice if they don't agree with their friends choices. But at the same time I have the right to decide to maintain our friendship and love her in spite of not agreeing with her choices, because she's a good friend to me.
The good in her outweighs the bad, and it's not my place to judge my friends on things they do that don't affect me. The situation is foul, she panicked and made a choice at 20 that will plague her for the rest of her life, but that's for her to deal with. Karma will catch up to her.

In the meantime I'll continue to be there for her like she's been there for me these past 10 years.
