2002 should be Nas, stillmatic came out in December 01 but that was still the hottest album out for the first quarter of 02 with the success of ether and one mic being a smash hit, then he locked it up again later in the year when he dropped made you look then came out with an incredible follow up with gods son, not to mention he was killin shit in between that time
