yea that's another thing, the hornets arent trying to let him to go free agency, without getting anything back, the knicks have nobody anyone wants after melo and amare...so they have no bargining chips there

BUT the hornets are now own by the NBA...so if the NBA wants the knicks back on top for marketing reasons...then it can happen.

He can still opt out seasons end and there's nothing the Hornets or the NBA could do a damn thing about it. As long as Paul refuses to sign the extension the hornets are fucked and lose him for nothing. The Knicks can just scoop him up when he opts out. i heard bout tht too but im not a granger fan hes a volume shooter nd Hibbert is 7'2 but only averaged 6 rebounds per game if it aint for CP3 which i doubt is gon happen regardless then iont wanna trade Rondo but we do need nother scoring threat since Pierce is the only one who can consistantly create his own shot
