I agree, but the combine is where the "kool-aid" is handed out. Vick earned his #1 pick status at the combine, not @ Virginia Tech. Same for QBs like Matt Ryan (#2 overall), Stafford, etc.

Most likely Luck won't even enter the draft this year. There's an article about it on SI.com (the typical son of a former nfl player who spurns guaranteed moneybecause his family is wealthy although the media passes it off as his unquestioned love for academics)

Also, I like how Cam Newton has just as many passing td's as luck, almost 20 more rushing td's and a better overall passer rating in a tougher conference yet he's a "project"
