can the dolphins nab two receivers in two years???

i hope so

and if we could somehow get carson palmer or aqib talib ......

This. Marshall in the intermediate, Smith deep, and Bess in the slot would be crazy. I'm not that high on Palmer but even he might not be able to fuck that up. I'd rather try to go after Nnamdi or Jonathan Joseph before Talib, because he is certain to be gone for 6-8 games.

1) draft aj green #1

2) trade steve smith for 2nd rounder

3) send 2nd rounder to the eagles for Kevin Kolb

4) none of this can happen because there is no CBA

i'd be happy with a 3rd round pick

People wanna do mad un-realistic trade scenarios. Steve Smith is gonna be 32 years old when next season starts, and he's sort of a problem on a team. He's also come out and said he doesn't want to be a #1 receiver anymore. Why would he have 2nd round value (the same value you think Kevin Kolb has...aging receiver vs potential franchise QB)? Santonio Holmes is young, and he went for a 4th. Brandon Marshall went for a 2nd.

I wouldn't give more than a 4th round pick TOPS for him, and that's if I was a WR away from a Super Bowl.

Did you not read my earlier post, all you did was post a stat sheet. Everything I said earlier is straight facts. So according to you E. Smith is far and away the Goat RB cause he has all the stats ??? Get out of here

You really going to sit there and tell me TO would put up half those numbers with Jake Delhomme, half of the time Jake just through it up and Steve would go get it, something TO has never been good at. TO needs a QB with accuarcy something Jake couldn't dream of being

thats why i said i'd be glad with a 3rd. his value is probably at around a 4th round pick anyway, so anything better than that would be great and i'm sure that some team out there would be willing to give it up. maybe minnesota, or arizona, or NY Jets if they get rid of Holmes
