Not only that...since most of em are regular working class folk like the rest of the minorities, they're under the impression that we're the same. Since they're not rich they don't "benefit"...which turns into them believing they have nothing to apologize for, and therefore nothing to work on because they don't actively participate in the system ("my family never owned slaves, I never oppressed anyone").
Or is simply because white people are inherently racist and they enjoy the power and benefits that they derive from systematic racism and white supremacy?

Even by other black people. That's when you know the problem is systematic.
