Don't rule out dumbass, lazy ass fast food workers. Bitch was probably unable or unwilling to make correct change. Last time I was at Sonic I paid with a $20 bill as almost got into a fist fight with a white bitch that couldn't understand how to add 6 cents to complete the dollar than give me 4 more dollars. Time before that I was in DQ paid with a $10 bill on a $6.68 ticket and walked out with almost 8 dollars change.
