That's a part of being a athlete, you never know when your body will give out on you. And it don't matter the age, shit, my achilles tendonitis started slowing me down in my 20's. I gave up hooping a few years ago, I still want to get out there but it hurts to bad. It hurts when I get out of bed first thing in the morning, I can barely walk, so I know dude is hurting

Very sad news. Roy was a top 3 SG in the league, a good dude who played the game the right way. One of the most skilled and overall talented players in the NBA. Don't put his skills in Lebron's body.... It would be over.

Brandon is being mad loyal to the Blazers by allowing them to use their amnesty on someone else without having to deal with his contract. I wish nothing but the best to him. It's a shame his playing career was so short because if he was allowed to continue I think he coulda had HOF potential.. especially if that Blazers team was healthy for a good amount of time. His competitive nature drove him to play on a fucked up knee ala Grant Hill when he shouldn't have and it really fucked him up in the long run. People need to learn from this shit.

And he's the greatest player to ever play for my school UW.
