I liked seeing Gillian get what was coming to her as much as anybody, but am I the only one that thinks that they went through an awful lot to get her. They set shit up like she was a drug kingpin or something.

I think it's a good chance Daughter is the one that set Chalky up. She left and she has no where else to go but back to Dr. Narcisse, and he wouldn't allow her to come back empty handed. When they where driving the writers had her mention the name of the town, and she made sure to ask Chalky what the body of water was near the house which would give would be assassins a better idea of the location.
The other guy who left possibly could be responsible but I don't see why he would do it, he doesn't seem to have the motive to want to kill Chalky, but we'll see come Sunday.
