Best/Worst Concert

got a chance to see the game in concert last night
(it was free so of course i went)
didnt expect anything from it, was actually pretty bored in the beginning
but he ended up doing an AMAZING job

his interation with the crowd was GOAT
his knowledge of the city (esp football team, which is VERY important GO COCKS!) and openess with crowd participation was great

he let a large group of white boys on stage and they took turns rapping im on one like it was karoake.

caught her when she was on tour with gucci and oj and sat down during her whole set
she was fairly new to me then and i wasnt feeling her at all

The best IMO would be Jay. Have seen him live twice when he came to Greensboro (in 08 & the BP3 tour last year) & didnt regret spending my money. I'm going to see him & Ye later this month in G-Boro again. Busta's energy is crazy & I wouldnt mind seeing him live again. Although he's 1 of my fav MC's ever I was somewhat disappointed by Nas. Nigga was forgetting his own lyrics. Dude asked niggas what songs they wanted to hear and ended up turning down request b/c he said he forgot the words SMH. Just a few of the top of m head that I've been to.

I saw Bustah live too...just him and Spliff Starr on stage killing it...energy was ridiculous...I saw Outkast in ATL in August 01..right when Big Boi cut his hair...shit was great

Best: Prince. He tore the place down, did all his classics, some new stuff, one chick next to me looked like she was about to take of her panties and throw them onstage.

Worst: Mike Jones. I could not understand a word he was saying into the mic except "MIKE JOOOOOOONES". It was like that the whole performance.

Hardknock Life Tour. I was shocked that jay-z even came thru our city. Was even more shocked that my ex got us floor seats that was 8 rows away from the stage. GOAT concerts. My first time seeing diamonds in person, and MAN that nigga jay was shining. X killed it. When that nigga came outta the stage rhyming as "Damien", everybody went crazy. Meth held it down b/c Red was a no show for some reason. That was the only disappointment. Highlight when Jay blacked out the coliseum, and the reappear behind us on a lift, with a big azzz banner version his hardknock life album cover.

Gotta thank my ex for that concert.

Puff Puff Pass tour in 2001. I was a big Snoop fan so it was super ill, plus Dogg Pound was performing and Alcoholics and Xzibit performed as well. i been tryna catch a beyonce concert for the same reason.

if i had to choose a worst id say the scream iv tour with bow wow, omarion, pretty ricky and some other people. i liked it when i went but lookin back it was wack.

Oh damn I forgot one. Luda's Chicken & Beer concert in ATL. Nocturnal opened for him, and he was kinda wiggity wack. David Banner killed it. Nigga was all over the place. Climbin the speakers to the balconies. Nigga staged dived and damn there took out my right arm and the chick next to me lol!! That was funny. Chingy was cool. There was think thick/big die hard Chingy fan in front of us who passed the hell out when he came on.

Then Luda came out rockin Afro puffs. I swear that nigga looked like Mickey Mouse. Also that nigga is short as hell lol! He killed it. Clawd gave mercy at Shawna. Niggas, the thickness is real. But that hefa Can spit her azzz off. After it was over, and everybody was walkin off the stage, a drunk Bobby V started to sing "Lately" by Jodeci, only to get booed off stage. That night I was more concerned wit my ex's safety, b/c we were standing on the floor. So I wasn't sure how she would handle standing up for that long period of time. Then we had to deal wit this drink azzz white chick puttin her hands on people, and spilling her drink. Hefa almost got rocked. Other than that, it was a good night

X rose from under the stage doin Damien. But it was that nigga's energy tho. One of the few performers who put EVERYTHING they had into giving the best performance. To experience that nigga doin his prayer was powerful. Nigga had an asthma attack after he performed, and still came back on stage to perform "Money, Cash, Hoes" wit Jay.

The worst concert I ever been to was Rihanna and Sean Paul....I fell asleep while Rihanna was performing and woke up during the middle of Sean Paul's set. Rihanna's fans are just as boring as her, no one was dancing singing along...shit was whack. I was sooooo mad b/c Sean Paul was who I really wanted to see.

The best concert was of course The Prodigy (the groupd, not the rapper or the lil dude from mindless behavior). THIS IS A CONCERT:

the best was dmx back in 06, he was on tour with tech nine and bone thugs n harmony (i only wanted to see bone thugs and dmx, i had never even heard of tech nine before this).

tech was up first, and he was horrible. he played for about 30 min and everyone was dead, so he stopped and asked us to show him some love, and the whole crowd starts booing him lmao. so after a few more min, he just walks off stage and never came back out.

bone thugs were supposed to come out next, but a good 45 min goes by and they still are nowhere to be found (come to find out later that they had another one of their mini break ups and they all refused to perform). a little more time goes by, and dmx comes out of nowhere with a mic in one hand and a bottle in the other, and starts talking about how bone wasnt going to be there tonight, but that we were his dogs and since he loves his dogs he was gonna hold us down. then he yelled to the dj to play his shit, chugged whatever was left in the bottle and smashed it on the stage before killing party up. he ended up playing for about 2 hours straight, doing everything from singles to album cuts to features, and he killed everything. ive never seen a better live show than his.
