Called out Cotto back in 2003 when clearly Cotto was still a raw fighter and not ready. Mayweather was no where to be heard from after Cotto beat Zab and Mosley. These are facts and y'all can still defend and nutthug PBF all you want, but at the end of the day he's still a bitch made nigga
perspective@100;34936 said:Its a no win for floyd because he is his own Boss. If he has a reason not to fight someone he ducking? Damn, all Bob Arum got to say is the other camp dont want to fight and yall accept it as truth? Money is Money Mayweather plain and simple. Shane mosley dont put up no numbers so No haps. Just cause Magarito got hot dont mean he worth fighting, dont do numbers and lost to paul williams and shane mosley now, so whats to prove in that fight. Called someone out but they not ready and then he supposed to wait for them to be ready? Floyd been ready since about 97 and he showed up every fight. Aint no body been doing that besides Joe Calzaghe. Give respect where respect is due. He'll be a bit*h, but one that never lost. One that do more numbers than all the other fighters PPV wise and personal finance. Smartest man in boxing hands down.

That doesn't mean he hasn't made bitch moves throughout his career. I mean prior to this, he gave all kinda dumb excuses for why he should have to fight Pac. First, it was a money issue. He thought that he should get much more than Pac because he was the bigger draw. Ok, I understand he wants his just due, but being stingy with the purse to the point of not having a fight at all, is a bitch move. Second, he didn't want to fight Pac because Pac was unworthy due to having losses. Now that shit really didn't make any sense. Last I checked, Floyd has never fought undefeated fighters exclusively. Face it, all Floyd does is run his mouth. I would say that he a great self salesman, but really, only the people already enamored by him fall for his crap. Most objective people think he's just a loudmouth. Like I said, dude is good, but the fact that he walks around claiming to be the best ever makes a mockery out of the sport. Because no great has ever behaved the way he does.
socalirep;34716 said:But why the random drug testing? He agreed to take a drug test directly after the fight so if he was dirty then he forfeits the win. Why all of a sudden is pacman on roids? Because Mayweather Senior said something about his body? That's a stupid reason. Either way the fight is going to happen just boxing politics.
The Lonious Monk;34752 said:To all the people defending Floyd, please explain what this is about. He's never made these kinds of stipulations before. Him and his camp have put out allegations that Pac is juicing. Those allegations are based on absolutely nothing. Hell, they themselves have said that the only reason they say he is juicing his because he's been knocking people out in all these different weight classes. That's it. So we're going through all these changes because of his accusations that he has no real basis for making. On top of that, Pac's camp agreed to 30 days before the fight and right after the fight. So why is that not sufficient? That's already more stringent than boxing presently does, and Floyd has always been fine with boxing's standard rules before. All of a sudden, it is this big issue that he can't get past. It's BS. Floyd never wanted this fight. He ducked and dodged for as long as he could. Finally, he realized that he'd have to take it to save face. All of this is just his attempt to get out of it. Now I'm not saying Pac doesn't look like a bitch too. I don't see why he can't just agree to the extra testing if he's not juicing. However, I think Floyd is the bigger bitch here because he's always running his mouth about how great he is but he never uses his fists to prove it.

perspective@100;34829 said:Mayweather been putting up the most numbers in BOXING since he fought de la Hoya... Pac just got good status and now he the bigger fighter off one fight. Nope try again. I mean seriously, he couldnt even handle Marquez correctly. Pac vs.Cotto, by the way I hoped that fight would put up numbers Cotto had a hell of a following. Mayweather can do numbers with a nobody on the card. Damn, its about the money. No don King sh*t...
Oh yeah, floyd record> Pac record. Greater than Less than values are the best...
Piff;39737 said:IThe second post, I don't where to start. Pac just got good status? Pac-man has always been renowned as an elite fighter. Did the wins over Cotto, De La Hoya, and Hatton help enforce how good he is? Most certainly, but you can't say that he's just got good status because that's a lie, and his opposition stacks up quite nicely vs Floyd's I might add.

he got away with it because he was willing to prove it....he fought everybody unlike Floyd...if you fight everybody and win you got the right to talk...but if you don't please stfu and keep it movin until you prove it
