Since we know that young boys are obsessed with sex, why aren't we curbing that obsession and teaching our sons limits and boundaries instead of blaming a girl for getting too drunk?

This is a whole other thread here but in short I blame the parents and environment on both the boys and the girl to a degree.

There is only so much I can teach them what's being taught here must be reinforced at home and it's not in many cases.

For many kids out of sight equals out of mind.

I know what adolescent boys are like. Im the only YOUNGEST female sibling with 4 older brothers, lol.

I understand what youre saying and I'm familiar with these types of boys.

But what you're not understanding is that when this obsession with sex progresses into sexual violence, it's not just something that these kids "end up" in. There's a big difference between being an adolescent perv and a full fledged rapist.

Kinda like young kids. We know babies are obsessed with sticking things in their mouth that isn't supposed to be there, but we teach them that its wrong.

What is really being argued here? I don't think anyone is saying that boys shouldn't be taught to refrain from being thirsty deviants.

That said, if you can understand that immaturity can lead a female to putting herself in a dangerous position, why can you not understand that immaturity can also make a boy oblivious to just how vile an act taking advantage of chick is making it easier for him to perpetrate such an act.

To me, both sides are wrong plain and simple. Yes, the boys are worse because they victimized another person instead of just putting themselves in a precarious position. That said, pretty much every other argument you can make against one side can also be made against the other side.
