If someone is going to go see this for a historical reason they need to read more. Aint no way a movie like this is gonna historically accurate. Its being made for an action movie nothing more. While it has the general battles and description of them down a bit, it is far from historical. When the original came out I was nerd raging out cuz all the damn idiots at my school thats how the greeks dressed and that this was the most historically accurate depiction of the battle for thermopylae ever conceived when they knew nothing of the real battle.

After getting in a heated debate about it and wasting precious time trying to convince someone that while the Spartans were great warriors, they have been romanticized, I promptly failed that math class lol. So from now on I am just seeing this one cuz it will be a great action movie.

No point in having a movie ruined just because shit is historically in accurate or isn't true to the source
