What music genres are least compatible with rap music? #speakonit

I thnk all music is compatible just in terms of how production is so digital so its nothing to sample, but technically... Probably classical music, waltz and stuff like ragtime... The time signatures in those genres in different than that of hip hop, which pretty much is standard in all pop...

Big L Is One Of The Greatest Rappers Ever

Yea definitely one of the most appealing lyricist ive ever heard. Just weaving words, ideas and concepts together seamlessly with so much bravado. Its shame though that his discog is just what it is... It makes it hard for me to put him on any list other than my own personal top 5.

    RAP-----------is making Blacks look bad

What would they think? They would expose these rappers for being the puppets that they are... Let people know that they are not giving back to the hood not just cuz there selfish, but because they are lying bout what they have and how they got it in the first place. You cant build a foundation...

The Saga of the Legend Known as Dretox/Shadyteam/Wonderland/HazeNAlize/Bigavelli/Piff

Trap Muzik. Jay Zs best songs off that album are better than TIs on TM but as an whole RD is boring as shit with alot of mandatory skips not to mention it being extremely fantastical... Trap Muzik got like 1 or two not so hot songs and is all on some real shit, TI is the souths Pac on there...

Rappers Who Have Shown Most/Least Growth.

Theater of the Mind was a good fusion of serious and crazy Luda, but Release Therapy was so... I dont know preachy? I think he is still growing, he is finding out how to be serious without changing his style, which is what RT was completely devoid of (besides Slap!)

As you get older do you find yourself listening to less hip hop

well i started off with mo town and funk when i was growing up, now like alot of others said im looking back at the 90s and checking for what i missed... Aint no reason to check out most these new niggas, they are all the same and very uninteresting, Drake & Kudi included

This era is the most "real" era ever.

in some respects i agree... These dudes gotta pay for studio time someway and it aint cheap, neither are mictape hosts. The money alot of time comes from a dopeboi who wanted to be a music mogul, thats pretty real. What u fail to miss however is the nigga wit the money aint the nigga rappin...
