I've worked in some of the most locked-down environments you can imagine and yet muhfuckas was still able to figure out how to get around access controls to prevent them from looking at porn. We got middle schoolers that can get around anything and aren't shy about passing that knowledge around during class so what's a block today will be defeated tomorrow. Shit, my youngest daughter made her first video game at 12 and my son was 10 when he finished his first. I have no doubt that if I were to clamp down on our network hard they would be able to figure out ways around it if they really wanted to.
