Good post. I get it. I was 20/21 when Illmatic came out. When Pac and Big started beefing I was maybe 22 or 23. So I actually lived through it.

Now I'm 40. These new rappers like Mackelmore, Nicki Minaj, Chief Keef, Joey Badass, Kendrick lamar, Drake, 2 Chainz, Rick Ross and whoever else people talk about on this messageboard, I mean the new modern rappers are a mystery to me. I don't listen to them and can't name any of their songs. Its a generational thing.

But yeah, I remember when Big and Pac were both the two hottest rappers. Those were the good ole days, before the internet. Actually, the internet was just starting to come out. I think the World Wide Web came out in 1990 but it didn't really catch on until 1995 when Windows 95 came out along with AOL which was supposed to be The GOAT internet service provider.

I litterally had to beat this shit out of my younger cousin from denmark. I did it out of love.

Son came with his fam to the states to stay at my house for 2 weeks after i aint seen him in like 5 years. He came through with some baggy ass clothes talking that blood and crip gang shit. I was like wtf? Denmark banging like that?

At first shit was funny to me then it got on my nerves cause son really believed he was a west coast gangsta.

One day we got to talking and he told me how he was going around smacking soft dudes cause if pac was alive they wouldnt exist? That shit sounded ridiciolous to me. I was like yo you going around putting hands on people cause they dont fit the image of a dead guy?

He was dead serious. Conversation got heated and this mafucka got disrespectful. I was like yo is my cousin whose 3 years younger than me disrespecting me over fucking tupac?

So i said fuck it and put hands on him. Yo i fucked his ass up. Beat him from an inch of his face. His lip busted face knotted up as fuck.

That ass whooping changed him quick as fuck. He automatically started talking different, apologised for disrespecting me before he left, changed the way he dressed and talked. Started doing really good in shool.
