I do, and what he did wasn't shit. Form was terrible and 90lbs isn't exactly heavy. I do 4 sets of 10 reps using 100 lb dumbells on my second chest day, which is kind of like my light day. But if he is promoting fitness, it's all good.

I do, and what he did wasn't shit. Form was terrible and 90lbs isn't exactly heavy. I do 4 sets of 10 reps using 100 lb dumbells on my second chest day, which is kind of like my light day. But if he is promoting fitness, it's all good.
There's no such thing as light days, it's either go heavy or go home, as a power lifter I have 2 chest days, one at my power lifting gym, the 2nd at Golds and it's all heavy.
I'm playing with the 130 dumbbells on the flat and 120 on the incline, next week I'm grabbing the 140s for the flat
