i can't cosign that. ive lived in rough parts before and while you have the wild black kids, you almost always have the black kids that go unnoticed. the ones where their grandmother won't let them come outside to play after a certain time, ones that live in the ghetto but go to school everyday and avoid all that nonsense. get to know some of these younger kids and a lot of them are genuinely good and sweethearts. people let the boisterous(no e40) people cloud the judgement of the good, moreso among blacks. when you think of whites, american indians, and arabs in america you think of the good before the bad like you pointed out earlier, when a lot of times they are the ones emulating the bad black kids to feel cool or false rebel when they really have no reason to. i know a kid now thats not black or white, was raised in a good neighborhood, never had to worry about nobody running up on him and challenging him, got to play and enjoy his childhood. soon as highschool hit, you see him outside with no shirt on, pants sagging, a rag on his head, acting like he hard doing unneccessary shit for no reason. i know too many good black kids in poor areas to cosign the race as a bunch of no good wild animals that won't act better.
