i do agree people should have a plan to save however in some cases it just not possible.. if you start in your youth you definitely have the upper hand because once you have a family and monthly responsibilities.. life comes at you fast. The reality is people need to be responsible with the money they spend but also.. the cost of living and low wage eats away at your saving potential

They definitely pay for the phone on a per month basis. That's how it is now. And with some phone companies, if u pay half the phone off, u can get the latest model, which is probably even more per month.
