I'm bout to grow mines back, I have only 1 pic with my dreads but the pic is self incriminating so I won't post it

I currently have an afro-tapered, I may grow my locs with the taper, not sure yet, I don't think I will have the patience to get my hair twisted and then shaped up, any suggestions to get my hair evened out after a taper or should I just cut it and regrow it??

I was considering dying my dreads, but I think Ima just let the sun do it's work. I dont know how often u have to sit in the sun, but I noticed it naturally highlights your hair.

Facts. My hair isn't that dark anyway but my tips are a much lighter brown than the rest of my hair.
