The facilities at HBCUS can't compare. Remember the players walked out at Grambling cuz of the facilities which was sad. All the success that school had under Eddie Robinson and they weren't putting nothing into the facilities

A lot of that was due to Piyush aka "Bobby" Jindal cutting founding to Grambling and public education throughout the state. That was more of a public policy issue than a Grambling issue. GSU deserves their share of blame but Piyush created that problem and did nothing to correct it.

I've been to multiple Grambling games in my lifetime. I actually saw Eddie Robinson coach. I've seen a lot of things at Grambling and hbcu football games but one thing Ive never seen was two people performing a simulated lynching in the stands. You can upgrade the weight room. There's not much you can do with people who glorify lynchings.

Of course the facilities don't compare. However, if the Blue chip athletes in Basketball and Football began attending HBCU's it would be quite easy upgrading facilities to modern specs. More wins, and specifically bowl wins and tournament wins = money.

I regret not being taught the value of HBCU's. I will not make the same mistake with my children though.

Arguing that being in a predominately Black learning environment isn't beneficial for Blacks is, ridiculous.
